But inside, something feels off. Maybe you feel disconnected, flat, or quietly restless. Like you’ve been living on autopilot for so long that you’re not quite sure who you are beneath the roles you play — or what you want now that you finally have a moment to ask.
You’re not wrong for feeling this way. And you’re not ungrateful or broken. This isn’t a problem to solve. It’s a moment of noticing — and a chance to begin again, gently.
So many women reach this point believing they should try harder, be more grateful, or finally “figure it out.” But disconnection isn’t a personal failure — it’s often what happens when your life has been shaped around obligation, performance, and everyone else’s needs for too long.
Reconnection doesn’t require a dramatic overhaul or a new version of you. It begins by stripping things back. By remembering what matters. By listening inward again. From there, clarity returns — not all at once, but steadily — and your next steps start to feel quieter, truer, and more your own.
I’m Valerie — and I know what it’s like to look successful on the outside while feeling quietly disconnected on the inside. For years, I lived inside the roles I thought I was supposed to play, taking care of everyone else while losing touch with myself along the way.
My work is about helping women come back home to who they are — gently, honestly, and without judgement. Blending lived experience with grounded tools and deep compassion, I create spaces where reconnection can happen at your pace, so you can move forward feeling aligned, confident, and true to yourself.

I offer self-paced and guided programs, group coaching, and immersive support experiences for women navigating identity shifts and life transitions. These are particularly helpful for women who feel disconnected from themselves and want to come back to who they are—without pressure or hustle.
Start by exploring the programs featured on our home page and see if one resonates with you. If you aren't sure, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] or click "book a call" with us at the top of this page.
This depends entirely on the client. Some opt for a DIY-type of experience, leveraging the resources and guides to support them in an independent journey. Depending on the program or stage of embodiment, some clients may opt to meet weekly or monthly, depending on their goals and coaching plan. Some prefer asynchronous support without scheduled meetings, instead having help
available whenever life comes up "as it happens" . We’ll decide what cadence works best for you.
Sessions can last anywhere from 10 minutes to 90 minutes, depending on the clients needs and preferred program. Group coaching calls tend to be at the longer end of the spectrum to ensure fulsome discussions and robust support.
